The location is perfect for our family, especially since it allows us to
easily access nearby restaurants and stores, making our stay very convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, but the room cleanliness was lacking, with some areas needing a scrub and maintenance.

The reasons I’m conflicted
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating making my stay enjoyable. The rooms offered great comfort and cleanliness noticeable from the start.
Check-in was disappointing due to an unfriendly front desk experience. Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted sleep multiple times.

Family with kids, not perfect but decent
I gotta say, the staff there were super friendly! ! It's like they genuinely wanted to help, which is rare these days. Also, the breakfast was pretty solid for the price. They kept everything stocked for late risers which was really appreciated since my family is anything but early birds.
It wasn’t super cheap, but good enough for what we got.

Friendly staff provided excellent assistance during check-in and checkout. The hotel was clean and well-kept, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, there were issues with room assignments that led to disappointment, and exterior lights were non-functional, creating a dark parking lot. Breakfast options were limited and closed promptly, failing to meet expectations for a chain known for quality.

The lady who checked me out was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions with a smile. I enjoyed unwinding by the seasonal outdoor pool and using the cozy fire pit in the evening. Just a heads up, they did charge more for incidentals than I expected, but it didn't really bother me overall. 😊

missingWrote a review on Jun 29clean roomcozy bedhandy kitchenettethin wallssome noise
I stayed in the King Studio with Sofa Bed and it felt comfortable overall. The room was clean and the kitchenette was super handy for making meals. The bed was nice and cozy, which was a huge plus. The only downside was that the walls were a bit thin. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms sometimes. Didn't disrupt my sleep too much, but just something to be aware of. Also, loved having a full fridge and nice staff checking in regularly to see if I needed anything.
